I'd like to talk with you about real estate questions
My name is Anne Polichetti a real estate agent with Wilgus Associates, Inc located in Lewes, Delaware and I'd like to talk with you about real estate questions. I imagine that to a renter or first time buyer most real estate jargon sounds like Greek. But you may hesitate to call a REALTOR® with your questions for fear that you will then be harassed into doing something you don't want-like buying a home before you're ready!
As a REALTOR®, I am not interested in creating unhappy customers. My job security depends on creating long-term relationships with people who will want to use me again and again in the future. So let's say you are thinking about buying a home someday, but you have a lot of questions today. Well, it is definitely in my best interest to take care of your questions today so that when the big day rolls around (next year or the year after that) you will remember that friendly REALTOR®, (me!) who helped you way back when!!!
